To apply for a student visa (usually the F-1 visa for the U.S.), you’ll need:

-A valid passport
-An acceptance letter (Form I-20) from a U.S.-accredited school
-Proof of SEVIS fee payment (Form I-901)
-Completed DS-160 form
-A photo that meets the U.S. consulate’s requirements
-Financial documents proving you can afford your studies and stay
-School transcripts and diplomas (if applicable)
-A clear study plan and reason for studying, showing your intent to return to Brazil after completion
-A scheduled and attended consular interview
